Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 which was launched recently in US and its expected to be released in India soon. This is a really great move from Samsung as many people are now started looking in to low price range android devices with a decent touch screen display. Coming the the built quality of this mobile, you should know that its an entry level model and do not expect any thing more than a plastic body, its made of hard plastic and looks nice too, its more like a miniature version of normal galaxy mobile. Comes with a QVGA display with 240×320 pixels resolution which is quite acceptable for the display size, its a touch screen device and as far as we have noticed the touch screen is pretty smooth although its not multi touch its very much usable and more sensitive over the corby model for sure, it runs on Touchwiz over android 2.2. It is backed up by a powerful 600mhz processor may be its one of the reason why you could find the touch screen to be relatively sensitive with no real noticeable lag. It comes with a 3 megapixels camera without any flash support does take decent quality pictures and it comes with interesting features like multishot, smile detection, panorama and does a low quality video recording at 15fps. From the multimedia side this mobile supports audio and video playback, supporting mp3, mp4 and other common media formats, does have FM radio and youtube application comes preinstalled with the device and we have not yt tested the app, from the connectivity side this mobile supports 3G, Wifi, bluetooth and micro USB, EDGE and supports HTML browsing as well. It comes with 160MB of internal memory and can be expanded with the help of microSD/SDHC up to 32GB which is pretty nice. It comes with a 1200 mAh battery included.
