Coby Kyros is the new 7-inch Android tablet in town running Google Android 2.2 operating system (also known as Froyo). The 7-inch display packs the usual WVGA resolution (800 x 480 pixels) and has resistive type screen. This means that using the screen won’t be as fluid as the iPad that sports a bigger, capacitive display. It is powered by the Samsung S5PV210 1GHz processor and is capable of 1080p video playback.
That is the reason it is outfitted with an HDMI port to output the display to a bigger display / HDTV. MID7024 comes with built in Wi-Fi (802.11n), 4GB of flash storage, SDHC card slot, HDMI and USB ports. The tablet which measures 4.75 x 7.68 x 0.53 inches weighs just 0.87 pounds and has built in microphone and speakers along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Priced at 170 dollars, it is one of the cheapest Android tablets around.
